We used CSS Aspect Ratio boxes to reserve space for images and ads before they loaded. This prevented the "jumping" effect that caused users to click the wrong links accidentally.
Every interactive element was resized to a minimum of 44x44px. We re-engineered the mobile menu to trigger from a bottom-sheet rather than a top-corner hamburger.
Implemented auto-fill logic and removed 3 unnecessary form fields. Integrated Shopify Pay and Apple Pay as the primary call-to-actions.
